Week 9 Preview: Titans vs. Packers

Coming off of the short week the Titans face the NFC North leading Green Bay Packers (4-3). The Packers should be fully rested coming off the bye week so this may be a bit of a trap game for the Titans of sorts when you add in the short week. The game will be airing at 1 p.m EST /12 p.m CST on Fox.

Series Facts:

  • Titans lead 5-4 (Regular Season and Postseason)
  • Teams have never played in the postseason
  • Current Streak: Titans (2)
  • Titans at home vs. Packers 1-3
  • Titans on the road vs. Packers 4-1
  • Last Game: Titans 48, Packers 17
  • Last Game at LP Field: Titans 26, Packers 20

Titans Press Release

My Prediction

The Game: Tennessee Titans (7-0) vs. Green Bay Packers (4-3)

What's Good: Titans face another weak run defense and get the backs going early.

What's Bad: Aaron Rodgers finds holes in Titans coverage that Peyton Manning exposed last week.

What To Look For: Titans continue to convert big third down's.

Prediction: Titans 35, Packers 17

Player of the Game: LenDale White
